At Dr. Radhika Pain Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality of healthcare consulting and educational programs, including our NeuroResilience Program. Please read our cancellation and refund policies carefully before booking an online consultation or purchasing our digital course.
1. Online Tele-Consultations
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Patients can cancel or reschedule an online consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. To request a change or cancellation, please email us at radhikaphadnis2104@gmail.com or contact us via our support number +91-9359069716.
No-Shows: If a patient fails to attend the scheduled video/audio consultation without prior notice of 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
Refunds on Cancellations: If a consultation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
2. NeuroResilience Program (Digital Course / Educational Program)
Access Upon Purchase: Since the NeuroResilience Program is a digital product delivering instant access to online materials, videos, and pain management tools, all sales are generally final.
Refund Requests: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you feel the course does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date by emailing us at radhikaphadnis2104@gmail.com with your purchase receipt. Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Timeline for Refunds
Once an eligible cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
Razorpay typically processes these payments smoothly. The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account or card statement within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval, depending on your bank’s internal processing timelines.
